What ages is Gigi & Mimi Mail for?
Designed for curious little explorers ages 4–7.

How often does mail arrive?
Choose Monthly (1 adventure/month) or Twice-Monthly (2 different adventures/month).

What’s inside each envelope?
A story, story artifacts, Gigi & Mimi letter, squishy, Explorer Mission, colouring page, stickers and QR video message.

Are the stories connected?
No. Every envelope is a complete stand-alone adventure.

Can I order for more than one child?
Yes. Each child can receive their own personalized mail.

Can I give it as a gift?
Yes! Choose a prepaid 3-month, 6-month or annual adventure.

When will my mail arrive?
Order by the 23rd for the 1st–3rd delivery window, or by the 7th for the 15th–17th window.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Ongoing and prepaid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Prepaid plans are refunded for any unused portion of the subscription.

Where do you ship?
Gigi & Mimi Mail currently ships throughout Canada and the United States.

Are there small parts?
Yes. Adult supervision is recommended, especially for younger children.
